    Checking the volume settings and making sure all are turned on and Not muted is a good place to start.

    Then there's IE Tools->Options->Advanced tab->PLAY SOUNDS

    Hi, I had that happen when I loaded one of my granddaughters games onto my PC , and later removed it & it took the sound with it.I contacted my PC supplier and he said that this is fairly common with games and he told me to put in my mother board disc and go to the sound part and retick it. ( play sound ) and it started straight away. Cheers Des.:)
