shawfraz - Welcome to the Board :)

You will need to pad out the detail here before we can give specific advice.

Is this an OEM computer - HP, Gateway .... or a custom build?

Recovery - using a Recovery disk from the computer manufacturer or a retail XP CD?

Did you create the two partitions or have you 'found' them when looking at the drive?

What are the sizes of the NTFS and FAT 32 partitions? OEM computers often have a mirror image of the install on a small. hidden partition to aid recovery.

If you want to fly on your own try an applet called Delpart which will remove NTFS partitions. Runs from a floppy - you need a floppy drive :)

Your other option is to install XP on the NTFS partition - hence the question about partition sizes and then delete the FAT partition through Disk Management.
