I have an xp pro box, that when a user doesn't use the system it will lock the user out. I've already set the hibernate to 'never' but it still does it.

    Need help

"lock the user out" - please explain further. I.e., freeze the PC, refuse a particular user, other.

    After about how long?

What status was the PC left in? Locked, logged off, logged on?

    Screen saver?

Your topic said "XP Logging off user .... ". Literally logging the user off? To a logon prompt?

I'm pretty sure it's the screen saver. From Display Properties > Screen Saver tab, uncheck On resume, display Welcome screen
