Keyboard Key assigments

Is there directions on how to reassign keys on the keyboard for windows XP? Any Information would be a big help.

I use a freeware called Key Tweak. It'll remap any key to whatever you want. I, too, have a problem with the cap lock and have it remapped. My cap lock is now the left windows key.
