Post the URL here and we can try printing it - in the meantime a workaround ....

Alt + Pnint Screen and paste into Word.

jammer--If none of the above help, is the problem limited to printing just that one specific page? In other words can you save and print other downloaded pages? In what file type are you saving these downloaded pages?

P.S. Following on PeteC's suggestion, you could also paste into WordPad if you do not have Word.

I appreciate all the suggestions, but I now see why I can't print the item.... it's purposely 'locked'.... document security won't allow any printing or any changes to the document..... sorry to put you thru any trouble... tx again.

Alt + Pnint Screen and paste into Word or Wordpad should still work.

    No problem ....

With the page open on the screen in IE (or Firefox, etc) ....

Hold down the Alt key and press Print Screen.

Open Word, Wordpad or similar and paste using Ctrl + V keys. Hold down the Ctrl key and press V.

If using Word or Wordpad ...

Click on the pasted image to activate it and drag a corner to a larger/smaller size if required or right click on pasted image > Format Picture (Word only)

    jammer--
Since keyboards are cheap, I normally would say "Can you try another Keyboard? "
But I understand some program fixed the problem--at a potential cost of $40, so I guess it is not the keyboard.

I tried using the Print Screen button to print this page. It did not work either.

But, If I go File ( in the upper left corner ) it will print. It should also give you a choice of Printing all or just what you select.

Billy Bob and jammer--Clicking the PrintScreen button just seems to do nothing. It certainly does not start a print.
What it does do is copy the page to the Clipboard. (That happens in the background.) Then you open a graphics editor and click Paste. The image from Clipboard should then be transferred to the graphics editor window and clicking File|Print on the graphics editor window usually will start a Print.
It sounds like jammer's site has a lock on it to prevent printing. It is unclear whether jammer has tried the Print Screen|Paste into Word or a graphics program. Maybe the site also has a lock on copying using Print Screen. (That would be unusual.)

I am a little mystified how that program made the Print Screen key operative. Perhaps it was unlocking the lock.

P.S. If you have more than one screen/page displaying on the monitor, clicking ALT+Print Screen will copy only the top page to the Clipboard.

 Tx for all the great responses,,, but no-joy... I tried PeteC's Fastone pgm, & also tried to paste to a photo pgm... zippo... I must however state I'm not experienced with these procedures/pgms.... I think the best approach (recommended a few days ago), is the best way to go.... I'm attaching the sites URL (to see if anyone can describe how to print the page)...

OK - saved a copy of the pdf file - opened it in Adobe Acrobat Reader 7 and used Faststone Capture to capture a rectangular area to jpeg (attached) which prints reasonably OK

jammer--It is a .pdf (Adobe Reader) file. When I opened it with Adobe Reader, I got a little message box telling me how to Print, etc.
But in fact that message is incorrect. The Pictures Tasks button does not permit a Print and the Print icon on the Toolbar is grayed out. And File|Save As permits saving only as a .pdf.
So they are not making it easy.
However, I was able to click Print Screen on my key board, pasted the image into Irfanview and saved it as a jpg file. I then printed the .jpg image.
I do not know why that does not work for you.
I understand that you already have Adobe Reader. If not, post back.

EDIT--PeteC beat me to it. :(

Glad to hear you succeeded :) Image is only 96 ppi - standard screen resolution so the print quality won't be that great. If you have a photo editing program you could try resampling to a greater resolution. I tried it at 150 ppi (using Photoshop), but could see no difference in the print quality at that higher res.
