    hello,

I have a problem getting my language bar to show up. I have everything checked that should be checked, and I've made sure I left the "turn off advanced text services" unchecked, but my language bar refuses to show up on my desktop.

I have East Asian Language files/complex script files installed, and under details tab, installed services I have added the Japanese Keyboard IME, and have "show the language bar on desktop" checked.

and yet, it does not show up. I am at my wit's end. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Oh, and I have SP2, if that may be part of the problem. Because when I had SP1 it showed up fine.
