File Name In Blue

A few (seemingly random) files have their name (and tag data) written in blue in Explorer. What does this mean?

Cheers,
P.S. If you want a screenshot just ask.

Hello taylor999,
welcome to the Windows BBS ...... ...... !

Windows XP will compress files that haven't been accessed in a certain time. Other files such as backup files created when installing hotfixes and service packs will also be compressed. These compressed files are indicated by the blue color.

And if you get real bored, you can change the color with TweakUI.
