My Power box is one of the newer ones and is supose to automitically shutdiwn when i click shutdown... but it doesn't!

When i click shut down all goes normal.. then i hear the hard drive clicking off and it says "It is now safe to turn off your computer "
That has never happened before! it used to just turn off when done.

I have 2 hard drives and on my other one it does it fine but on my Windows XP Professinal i get that..

    How can ifix this pleasE?
