I am trying to access the Windows update troubleshooter; I can get there and the little page opens for any of the errors but there is nothing but Problem description - Appliacble OS - Resolution - just titles no details  I tried this last night and it was the same, tried again today and cannot read any of the links

    Hi mini

Trouble shooting only works from the windows update link, so you get the error first this takes you to the link. This how I got it to work on a different error this morning after updating to SP2 on a friends PC.

Thank you I was really puzzled about this as I didn't know if it was some of my security preventing something even though the pop down page was allowed  I know my router stops quite a bit at the level I have it on. I tried my laptop today and I could not see any details there either. At least I can stop trying now and hope I don't need to read the error notice resolutions. Thanks

Sorry, my bad. AFAIK the v4 troubleshooring link worked when accessed "outside" WindowsUpdate, so I didn't think of checking this one...
