   Should be an easy one but when I right-click I appear to have lost my 'send to desktop' or 'send to floppy' options. Any clues?

   You can add all the shortcuts you want to the above location

   To fix your send to desktop, download and run the vbs file here . For the floppy drive, you should be able to create a shortcut to the drive in your send to menu like Steve said.
