weird box on taskbar

    I had installed an Invoice Program for sending bills to customers. Now, occasionally, a weird box displays in the taskbar.
    The weird box has no name, just a taskbar shape with the little registry icon. The weird box does not show up when I bring up the Task Manager. Weird Box does not expand, only stays minimized. If I reboot, the weird box goes away for a few hours.

    Hi flatfoot
    Go to run, then type msconfig, click ok and go to your start up tab. Is the weird box listed in there?
