Shut Down And Restart
When I shut down or restart, It takes a long time for windows to shut down. How can I correct this?

Cleanup!

Run Disk Cleanup

Absolutly know what is starting, spy/adware clean. Run Adaware and Spybot.

For additional XP specfic cleanup download and run XpAntiSpy

And for the best way to diag and boost the startup speed
