If the same thing happened on 2 different PCs, my guess would be a problem with both English and Greek version loaded. There may be a conflict with language/character sets or something.
I'd suggest you take this problem directly to Microsoft support. Chances are they will have heard of the problem before and probably have a fix they just haven't published yet. Should be a no-cost support issue.
Online support unless you have a very slow or very expensive internet connection and possibly by telephone in that case.
