    What is " Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x86 9.0.30729.17 "? I have recently learned that iLivid may be the cause of several problems with my computer. iLivid doesn't appear when I go into "delete programs" however I read that the Visual C ++ entries may be a part of the iLivid...Can anyone help me figure this out?

    Welcome to the site..

    I have six of the C++ Redistributable deals on my Win 7 machine. They often get installed when some application requires them...is the simple way to describe it.
