    G'Day fazik,

The BIOS refers to the setup access for your Motherboard, which is usualy accessed via pressing the "Del" or "F2" or similar key in accord with the instructions for your Motherboard.

Look in the Motherboard Manual for the instructions of how to and the Key to press at startup to enter the BIOS setup, the Manual should also contain a section towards the back describing the different sections and default settings.

Vista is an Operating System and has no BIOS as such.
