How to Improve WEI Score

I want to execute Surface application in my system and It has WEI score as 3.4. (As per understanding from Internet, to Execute Surface applications the system should has WEI score as 4.0)

The individual component details are (taken from Performance Information and Tools),

Processor (Calculations per Second) : 5.2
Memory (RAM) (Memory operations Per Second): 5.9
Graphics (Desktop Performance for Aero) : 3.4
Gaming Graphics (3D business gaming graphics performace) : 4.2
Primary Hard Disk (Disk data transfer rate) : 5.7

The graphics card (Generic PnP Monitor on NVIDIA GeForce9300 GS) is inserted externally and I have given below the adapter information (taken from properties)

Adapter Type: NVIDIA GeForce 9300 GS
Chip Type : GeForce 9300 GS
DAV Type : Integrated RAMDAC
Adapter String : geForce 9300 GS
Bios Information:version 62.98.39.0.0
Total Available Graphics Memory: 1279 MB
Dedicated Video Memory : 512 MB
System Video Memory : 0 MB
Shared System Memory : 767 MB

Could you please guide me what other changes I have to do?

1. Is a score of 3.4 good enough or do I need 4 plus of Surface.
2. What impact will it have if the score is below 4?
3. What do I need to do to be able to increase my score to 4 plus (I have given all information relating to graphics card which has the lowest score - Graphics (Desktop Performance for Aero) : 3.4).

Welcome to WindowsBBS

If your computer runs all of your applications ok - you don't need to do anything.

To improve your score you'd need a better performing video card.

Thanks for your kind reply.

To execute Surface applications WEI should be above 4.0. As I mentioned my Graphics sub score shows only 3.4.

plz help me how to improve the Grpahics subscore. So that WEI becomes > 4.0.

You may want to show us what this "Surface applications" are?

Upgrade your graphics card to get a better WEI score... but to be honest, a WEI score should only be an indication. A program is not going to refuse to run based on your WEI score...

I don't... I can only tell you that my card (EVGA GeForce GTX 260) scores 6.3 on both graphic tests in Windows 7.
