Auto Shutdown

Hi,
I would like to know if there is a way to schedule my computer running Vista, to shutdown at a specific time. I've googled the question but most results either direct me to a program to download or deals with XP, and I wasn't sure if it would differ for Vista. As I am fairly computer illiterate I need step by step instructions.

Thanks in advance.

Hi keric1154. Try this, Automatically Shut Down Windows XP and Windows 2000. This article applies to Windows XP and 200 but see if it works on Vista. If that doesn't work then look here.
