Windows Vista unusual Size

Hi .
I hava windows vista home premium.but our windows folder size is 14 GB. Is it usual.if not please tell me can i decrease site by hand or any software.

14 gigs looks normal to me. Vista is several times larger then XP is.

My System

As Steve said, 14GB sounds OK. My \Windows folder holds 16.8GB
