fixing Vista OS [Problems after removing trojan]

gonna try and remove norton here as it wont work by that i mean i installed it and it wont open the main window and it changed a few windows in the control panel. then im gonna try and remove the trojan i have as i did a restore to point where i still had it. then im gonna make my recovery disc and try and go from there. Am i going the right track?

hey guys i think i fixed my laptop, i made my disks and did my recovery and everything seem normal. Ill get back to yah if i have any problems
