so i have a 320 gb harddrive and it is partitioned where i have one chunk is 70 and on chunk is 216 and another chunk is for linux and has like 4 gb. my 70 chunk is full... so im trying to download some files and they go into this folder that i moved to my x: (216 gb chunk) drive. and i try to open up and installer file and install it and it says that the drive is full....is there a way where i can take everything that i download and install and put it only on the x: drive?

Vista and Linux make partitions differently. Try remaking the "storage" drive with Vista (don't just format the drive, remove the partition and remake it, using Vista).
