System32 DLL missing

I get a message on start up that the following file is missing. \system32\iIBttQkh.dll and wonder if I need to fix this or let it be.
I'm having issues with my Windowds Media Center too.
Thanks for your advice in advance.

Welcome to WindowsBBS

There is no such file listed on Google which is highly suspicious - you most likely have some sort of malware on board ....

Read this and post the logs requested in the Removing Malware & Viruses forum.
