Windows Vista bubbles screensaver

I got a laptop last fall with vista, and the bubbles screen saver needed one little file added to make it work normally other than in just preview mode. I now have Vista Home Premium on a new desktop, and again the Bubbles screensaver won't work out of preview mode. Does anyone know where I can get that little file to dl? I have already tried permissions and am still denied changing things in System32. I hope someone can help me with that file. Thanks.
