Go to Control Panel > Classic View > Programs and Features > View Installed Updates in the left pane. All updates are shown with the date they were installed.
To uninstall an update, highlight the one that is unwanted then click Uninstall.
FWIW - If you were offered the updates you need them - delete them and they will be offered again. It would be unwise and probably insecure to mark them as declined.
