Activating Nero Burning Rights in VISTA!
How do I go about activating this in vista? I have administrator privilages!

Yes! Got the latest version. When trying to use the virtual drive with in nero it comes up with a message saying that the features needs to activated on vista based systems and you have to have administrator privalages to do it!

My System

I don't have Nero installed on my Vista build, but have you been to Control Panel > Nero Burning Rights?
