Windows Vista how to get programs to show in start up

    I didnt see a thread for this problem . I used to have most of my programs and or files show when i would click on my start button and then All Programs button and now they are no longer showing. I have vista 64 bit operating system. Can you please tell me in steps how to get my programs to show when i click on the Start button and then the All programs button on my computer? Your directions will help me cause im afraid if I push the wrong button, I may mess up my computer. Thanks much for your help. D:)

    If that doesn't work, you might try using Windows' "System Restore" to roll Windows back to a previous state when your computer was functioning correctly:
