My System

2003 server not booting after XP install in different partition

Hello Gurus,

I am not sure whether this is the right place to ask this question , If not please direct me to right URL .

I have windows vista and windows server 2003 on my personal laptop . I am not able to login to vista , so I loaded microsoft XP proffessional on Vista Partition ( I selected quick NTFS format of vista before loading XP and after quick format is done , I rebooted and made sure 2003 boots fine before installing XP ) . After XP is installed , while booting it shows both OS options to pick " XP Proffessional " and "server 2003 " , If I select XP it boots fine , But If I select "windows 2003 " it does not boot rather it REBOOTS and goes back to OS partition selection ... I tried safe boot by pressing F8 of server 2003 partition .... it shows like
multi ( 0) disk (0)rdisk (0) partition (1) \windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe and bunch of files with same path , But after few files it reboots again . So I am gussing it corrputed 2003 boot record after XP installation.

my question is how can I make my server 2003 partition to boot ? After I boot from XP , I can see my server 2003 partition and all files are in tact , So only issue is server 2003 boot area but data is ok on server 2003 partition . I have an important application on server 2003 partition and data , So I need to make it bootable ( I can not choose to reinstall 2003 ) ... Any suggestions ?

Please Help me or suggest me how I can fix this issue..... Thank u in advance.
