Retrieving files thru remote access

Hello,

I am trying to retrieve some files from a troublesome hosting company. We do not have FTP access and it would prove costly to have FTP access established.

However, we can currently gain remote access via a VPN to the server (Windows 2003 Server). Is there anyway to retrieve files from the server to a local machine via remote desktop without FTP?

All ideas welcome!

In the Remote Desktop window, click the Options button->Local Resource tab->More button. Place a check mark in "drives." After connectiong, you "should" see your drives from with Win Explorer to allow copy n paste of files.
