One More Windows 2003 Dump [DUMP DATA]

Newest dump file. I get these a few times a month on my member servers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. All servers are Dell PE 2650's Dual Xenon, 2 Gigs of RAM RAID 5. All running Windows 2003 Server SP-1.

I would suggest this is a bug in decndis.sys or decdnp.sys - these appear to HP/Compaq Pathworks components. Have you checked to see if there's an updated version?

Thanks for the reply, that is what i was thinking. Decdnp.sys seems to leave to many socket connections open when connecting to our vms systems, since it can connect to 7 different vms tcs's, we are constantly creating new sockets. Trying to get the software we wrote to clean up the sockets when making new connections, seems to be helping. There is no update to the decdnp.sys file, and we have already updated the decndis.sys with our own software.

Thanks again.
