    Greetings;

    Does anyone have an experience with an app called Transparent Screen Lock PRO, from a company called E-Motional? It allows you to password-lock your screen, so that pepole can see it, but essentially disables the mouse & keyboard. You can use the local user DB, or a custom password, or an RSA SecurID token to unlock it & regain control.

    I have this running just fine on WindowsXP SP3 32-bit systems. However, on Server 2008 R2 x_64, the option to enable the RSA SecurID token will not un-grey itself. The vendor says that 2 DLLs must be copied into c:\windows\system32\ in order for this option to work. I've followed the vendors instructions & rebooted, but still no joy.

    Question: Is there any special consideration, or hoops I have to jump thru, etc etc to get this to work? I'm not trusting e-Motional tech support to know all the ins and outs of Microsoft UAC etc etc, so I'm asking the experts here. Is anyone else successfully running "TSL PRO" on srvr 2008 R2 x_64?

    Thanks,
    Alex B.

    Addendum: I tried copying all the DLLs and settings files for the RSA client, into c:\windows\sysWOW64, and rebooted. The TSL client still greys out the "User RSA Token" for authentication. I was hopefull on that one, but it wasn't the silver bullet...
