Using USB 2.0 in WIN 98SE

Since my old thread is over thirty days, I'll post this here for future reference:

I was trying to get a 2.0GB USB 2.0 thumbdrive to recognize under WIN 98SE and was going NUTS until I ran across a solution: NUSB33E.EXE installed perfectly and when I inserted the drive, PnP found it, asked for the driver (which I had craftily downloaded to the desktop so I wouldn't lose it), installed the driver, recognized the drive and installed to it and I was in business.

Just an F.Y.I for those trying to do the same.

Just remember to use the "eject drive" icon when removing your thumbdrive!
