My old Win98 computer has innumerable problems and i simply can not figure it out. If i open the my computer icon it locks up, same with the control panels.
I reinstalled windows but its just the same thing again... I was hoping someone could help me completely take windows off and put it back on again with everything fresh as if new... or if anyone knows a better solution it would be very much appreciated!
