Cannot load MIDI Waveset :o?

If anyone has time, could you please help me with my problem?
When I start my computer a window pops up saying, "Sound Blaster AudioPCI driver cannot load MIDI waveset, MIDI playback has been disabled."

I have downloaded a few different (.ecw) wavesets and go to where it says add waveset. But when I close the window after adding the waveset. Nothing happens. It just disappears from device manager.

(What I've done) Step by step:

1. Download Sound Blaster Driver (without waveset), and Install.
2. Download Sound Blaster Waveset, and place .ecw file into windows/system
3. Click Start/Control Panel/System/Device Manager/Sound, video and game controllers.
4. Highlight "Creative Sound Blaster AudioPCI 128", and click "Properties."
5. Click "Settings"
6. Click "Add Waveset"
7. Find the .ecw file in C:/Windows/System, and click "OK"
8. "EAPCI8M" Now shows in the Drop-Down menu.
9. Click "OK" twice, and the window is now closed.

What am I doing wrong?
If you have any idea please help, I'd sure appreciate it.
Thank you.
