slow pc

I am runing win 98se on a dell. i have run norton, scan disk, defrig and the pc is still running slow does anyone have an idea of what it maybe. or that can help.

A little more info would be of help, OS, whats in your system,
processer, amount of memory, did prob just start, any new hardware installed, new software, the more we know the better the help.
