Windows multi media error problem

I am having problems playing my playlists and accessing radio stations. I get a message saying that it cannot play my playlist. I then select web help and an error Error# C00D10B5 is displayed. I am then informed that microsoft have no info on that.

I contacted microsoft who were unable to help unless I subscribe an annual fee.

I tried to sort out myself by uninstalling and installing. Still same prob. I then thought that if I downloaded Media 9 it would help. Sadly, no. Any ideas anyone. I did notice that my son had recently downloaded a media message facility , would that be the problem. Please help.

Hi doofus
Welcome to the boards!
Is this the knowledge base article you've already been through?
