    Restart your computer?

A full restart, no sleep or hibernation.

Restart like normal... when the boot screen does its thing, start tapping F8.

That should open the 'Advanced Boot Options' screen... you can pick to start windows normally at the bottom.

Addition: There is also a section in MSCONFIG that tells the computer to start in Safe Mode, that may be set, in which case it would cause it to continuously start in Safe Mode even after restarting. Just search for MSCONFIG in the start menu and select what pops up. Navigate to the 'Boot' tab and make sure, under 'Boot Options', the 'Safe Boot' option is UnChecked.

    Hope these ideas help!

    BobbyScot,

Since you've fixed this issue albeit with a reinstall would you care to mark this thread as resolved?
