When I go to populate my installed updates through Control Panel, my system is not listing any updates as being downloaded. I want to remove the Windows 10 notification (KB3035583) but cannot get any of the installed updates to list. My computer searches but comes back with "no updates to list. "

Is there a setting that needs to be changed?

If it matters, I recently reserved my free copy of Win10 but have my system now set to just download any updates and not auto install them. I'm not sure if this might have an effect of my computer not listing the MS updates or not.

    Thank you in advance.

Did you click on the "View Installed Updates" option in the upper left of the programs and features window?

I did. It runs through the search then states "no updates located on this computer ".

Hi KennyV19, Did you try > Control Panel > Windows Updates > Installed Updates (Lower LH of screen) > wait till ALL updates are presented > Right Click your selected KB > Uninstall option > L click > does it work from there? Neil.

There is a message on the page where you view installed updates - to uninstall an update > installed updates.

Neil, yes, tried that but nothing lists. I can see the downloaded updates from the MS website but they will not list on my PC.

Arie, I tried this just now and its not going beyond the "checking for updates online" part. It's running like its in a loop.

Try following the manual procedure. If you receive an error, document it & let us know.

Guys, I ended up doing a reinstall and all is well now. I can see all updates as well as delete what I wish.

    Thank you!

Did you do a system recovery or reinstall the operating system from scratch using a Windows 7 installation disk?
