    I have a blue screen some times.
    What is the problem?

    For starters can you please post the complete blue screen error message? Does the blue screen happen randomly or can you cause it by running certain programs?

    Did you make any recent changes to your machine before these blue screens started occurring?

    The crash dump analysis from Who Crashed didn't shed any light on what might be causing the blue screens.

    Follow these instructions to post a Dump Data Log.

    If you do not have a dump, ensure that your machine is configured to write out a dump by following the directions from microsoft.
