   Hey Guys as you can see in the attachment I have Microsoft Visual C + + Redistributable on my computer 7 times 3 x 2005, 3 x 2008 and 1 x 2010 do I need all these or can I delete some of them??

   I would leave them be! Reasons given in thread below.
   
   Windows 7: Multiple installs MS Visual C++?
   
   FWIW I have 17 instances split between x86 and x64 versions
