I set up my new Win7 comp with 1 admin account only (me) with full permissions but it won't let me transfer/paste new files into some system folders.

Example, I'm trying to paste in a new .dll file to:
    c:\windows(x86)\SysWow64 and it says:

"You'll need to provide administrator permission to copy this folder ".

The only other account shown in the Control Panel beside my admin acct. is "Guest account is off ".

    How do I fix this?

Never mind, I just turned the User Account Control security setting all the way down.
