Windows Update Failure

    When I try and install the windows update below I get the following error message. I have tried to install it multiple times and get the same error message.

    Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile for Windows 7 x64-based Systems (KB982670)

    Installation date: ‎6/‎3/‎2014 12:23 PM

    Installation status: Failed

    Error details: Code 643

    Update type: Recommended

    Thanks for your help. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I re-installed Windows and the problem seems to be solved.
