    Try disabling all your add ons. Go to Tools/Manage add-ons and then if all is well, start them back up one at a time till you find the problem.

    Please do not type in ALL CAPS, it is hard to read & considered shouting.

    Also, it is not a good idea to post your email address for all the world to see, your address will be harvested by spam bots looking for it & you'll get tons of spam as a result (I have deleted the email address from your post).

    Thank you Arie Slob for your email address suggestion. That was my bad and careless action.

    Adding to Bills suggestion you could also do a "Reset" of Internet Explorer: Click the "Tools" icon on the Menu, click Internet Options, select the Advanced tab and click the Reset button.

    That was going to be my next answer if the add ons don't work.

    Good Afternoon,
    I have now disabled the add ons and reset MS IE 10 for my wife [as a surrogate, I posted her notebook problem as mine]. To date the intermittent problem has not recurred, but we are both reluctant to conclude the stalling problem has been solved.
    More to follow after a few days.
    Sincerely, Scott for Judy

    Hope it is fixed. I would of done one and see if it worked then the other. That way you would know what the culprit was if it worked.

    MY HP PAVILION g7-1070 US SUDDENLY STALLS;

    Good Evening, Mr. Bill, Staff and visitors,

    As of this evening [052313] my wife again reported, after disabling add ons and resetting MS IE 10 as suggested, her HP pavilion stalled again. She had to disconnect the power cord and restart.
    As usual this form of restart does restore function, but the result appears to be short lived. :mad:

    I think that this problem is resolved, although the infrequent occurrence makes this conclusion difficult. Will seek some additional help with Microsoft.
    Thank you, Scott

    And you are even more venerable than if you had 10.
