pegs Reputation Level


Programmes on Start Menu empty

Running W200 on a Toshiba lap top. Following a re-boot, yesterday, I now find that I cannot access 'Programmes' from Start Menu. It reads 'empty'.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this, please?
