Need IBM ThinkPad T20 video driver for Win2000pro

IBM's website is down or otherwise unavailable, as is their telephone support line(mon -fri). I tried google. I used to use driverguide.com many years ago. They sign you up and register for free, but, I don't see the appropriate driver.
This is a TYPE 2647-84U, thinkpad. I think the video card is a S3 Savage IX, but I wouldn't swear to it. Can anyone with more experience than me point me to a place where I can get the driver? IBM's support page was up yesterday. I sure would like to get this done today.
Thanks.

Thanks Pete. Yesterday, that site with the 307 prefix was down.
I had, after looking at ebay ads, confirmed that it was indeed a S3 Savage IX agp card in the T20, and then went to the S3 site and picked what I thought would work. It did. Today, I'll probably use the one supplied by the Lenovo site as well as the remainder of the drivers that are now available to me.
Thanks again.
