Angry cd is corrupted

Before I moved to win2k from win98 I burnt some cds with NTI Cd-maker 2000 Pro. Now in win2k I can't read these cds. The directory structure shows up showing all the files etc. But to read or run anything I get an error.
Disk structure is corrupted or unreadable for exe
Something about wrong permissions when trying to read a zip

These cds work fine in 95,98,ME not in 2k or XP

Any help would be great!
Thx

If this shows up twice Sorry! my browser crapped out when I tried to post the first time, but I'm sure it didn't work.

Are you trying to double-click on the CD drive? Try Exploring the CD drive if you are. Did you get the newest drivers for both your drive and NTI?

I am using explorer. And my drivers are all up to date.
I couldn't find anything on NTI's site. I'm not using it to burn anymore. I use Nero instead. I just want to be able to read these disks. I guess you could say I'm too cheap to network to an ME,98 etc and copy the files over than reburn
