Re-formatting external hard drive

I want to re-format a 120GB drive that came partitioned as 4 32GB FAT-32 partitons. I want one 120GB NTFS drive.

My thoughts were in XP mode when I first posted, and my thought was to repartition and format through disk management. Realizing this was W2000, I wasn't sure that was a feature, so I edited. I didn't research it thoroughly, but I see 2000 does have disk management, so you should be able to use it to do what you want.
