Unable to delete a png file
Hi,

I have a file that I cannot delete. Unable to delete actually. Everytime i do that, it says the file is in use but it is not. It is a PNG file that is associated to Irfanview. I have disassociated it and reassociated. I have given the administrator privilege for the file. I have looked in the processes / tasks in task manager. The PC has been rebooted both coldly and warmly. I am just out of luck. Can someone help me please?

Try Move on Boot. It's under file utilities.
