I can't access Windows update Product Catalog

I suddenly can't reach Windows update Product Catalog. I get "Cannot Display Page" message. I followed all the advice given in document (Q243787) to no avail.
PLEASE ADVISE!
BTW I am running W2K & IE 6

velvi--Here is an alternative site for downloading Windows Updates. The catch is that it does not diagnose your PC and tell you what you need. You must decide from the full list
http://corporate.windowsupdate.micro...en/default.asp
You might also tell MS the problem and see if they can help. Here is the URL for their support site
http://support.microsoft.com/default...Fwassist%2Easp
For what it is worth, I find MS Update sites to be a little flakey. With luck you may find you can reach them at different times of day or after a reboot.
