Resolved Cortana,Bing and search

    I've been trying to get Cortana to search the web..Bing is called and I get "this web page cannot be displayed "(or words to that effect).
    I've exhausted my known options..Anyone ??

    Hi ramjet. Does Internet Explorer work with that website if you visit that same webpage manually?

    When Bing opens up, what web browser does it use?

    Hi E.
    Don't use IE but the same url does work in Google Chrome. I just get the "non display nag "
    when I use Cortana which uses Bing as a search engine.

    Sorry but only answered 1/2 the question...Bing opens my default browser which
    is Google Chrome.

    Is Google your Default Search Engine in Google Chrome? If so try changing the default search setting to Google and see if that works, Make the Windows 10 Start Menu and Cortana Search Google Instead of Bing.

    If you still want to continue using Bing as a search engine try setting it as the default search engine in the Google Chrome search engine settings.

    After installing the "Bing2Google" extension in chrome, this problem was solved. thanks to all
