Only took 14 minutes to Download - then a further 7½ hours to install and setup. It sat on 100% installed and 100% doing some more things for about 40 minutes.
This was 'THE SLOWEST' upgrade I've ever had.
It's all working OK but I haven't had a good look around the upgrade yet. Neil.

I'm not sure about the time it took. Downloading took long & since I started it late, I went to bed & the next day all was done :)

I think I should have done the same. I did get the chance to tidy up the comp room and shred some old papers etc. :) Neil.

You can Download the ISO quick enough and burn to disc but I don't know how long the install would take.
The initial build I got was about 3½hrs from go to whoa. Upgrades since then have got quite variable in install time. Neil.

Seems its not for me. I am on a limited volume DSL line & I guess downloading the ISO and all its updates would stretch my data limits.

Would wait for the final version.
