Windows Marketplace popup

    I have not had this happen on IE, as I remember, but often when I invoke Firebird with a URL, I get

    http://www.windowsmarketplace.com

    This happened just now when I went to windowsbbs also. Sometime I can remove this with the back arrow but not usually.

    Never saw this before. I can open the website, but not as a popup. My Options are to open a new Tab, and that's what happened when I clicked on the site.
    Is this happening in spite of the fact that you have Tools|Contents to block popup windows. You should delete the cookie for the site, also.
